Sandbanks Private is a Virtual Assistant service, specialising in providing Private Office Personal Assistant support.

If you have worked in a private family office as a PA, EA, Office Manager, or have similar expertise in hotel concierge, yacht and jet management, and have at least 8 years of professional experience you are exactly the person we are looking for.

You will need to be a self-starter, committed, and disciplined to work as a Private Office Virtual Assistant, based remotely from your clients. You will be working with UHNW individuals so discretion is a must.

Requirements

BEFORE YOU APPLY You must have the following:

  • You have a minimum of 8 years' experience
  • You are degree educated
  • You are based in the UK
  • You can speak English

Please do NOT apply if:

  • You are in full–time employment or part–time work
  • You have not worked from home as a freelancer
  • You are not available during UK office hours
  • You cannot commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 35 hours

Main Purpose of the role:

To support UHNW clients remotely in an administrative, personal assistant capacity.

Qualifications and Education requirements:

  • IT proficiency, including word processing and diary management
  • An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration
  • A Higher Professional Diploma in Business Administration
  • A City and Guilds Advanced Diploma
  • A BTEC in Business Studies
  • A Personal Assistant diploma/training course certificate
  • 8 years minimum experience as a Private Office Virtual Assistant
